The short version: your phone number, your call transcripts, and a PDF you asked us to post. Your code never reaches us.

Who is responsible

W, a sole proprietorship in the Netherlands, is the data controller. Reach us at hello@screenless.sh.

What we hold, and why

• Your phone number — it is your account identifier and the only number we will dial. Kept while the account exists. Basis: performance of the contract.
• Call records and transcripts — so the call can be handed back to your own agent afterwards. The transcript is copied from Telnyx when the call ends, deleted there, and expires from our storage 24 hours later. Basis: performance of the contract.
• Your settings — call time, timezone as reported by your machine, language, and one confirmed email address. The edition is only ever sent to that address. Kept while the account exists.
• A parked brief — the text your loop wrote, held until the call. Deleted after 48 hours.
• A parked edition — the PDF you asked us to mail, held until it is sent, then deleted.
• Billing status — whether you are subscribed. Card details are held by Stripe and never by us.

What we never hold

Your repository, your diffs, your tickets, your credentials, and your MCP connections. The loop runs on your machine; only the brief you choose to park and the PDF you choose to send ever leave it.

Who else processes it

• Telnyx — verification messages and the call itself, with media anchored in Amsterdam.
• Cloudflare — the API and stored settings.
• Stripe — payments.
• Resend — sending the edition.
• Anthropic, via Telnyx — the model that speaks on the call.

Some of these process data outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses.

You are talking to a machine

Every call opens by saying so, in the language you chose, as the EU AI Act requires. The assistant has no tools and takes no action — it collects what you say and hangs up.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. screenless logout ends the session immediately; ask us and we will delete the account outright. You may also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
